After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to sign the Coaching Agreement. Once signed, you’ll get an email with a link to the scheduling system, where you can choose an available time slot with your selected ex-interviewer.
Yes, you can choose to schedule all sessions with the same interviewer or split them among different interviewers. Working with the same one allows focused improvement, while different interviewers provide diverse experiences.
If unsatisfied after the first coaching session, you can get a full refund by emailing support@caseinterview.com. Refund requests for unused sessions within 60 days of purchase are accepted. The refund policy varies based on bundle size and conducted sessions.
Refunds for sessions that have taken place are limited to one session. Refund eligibility for unused sessions depends on the bundle size and must be requested within 60 days of purchase.
Yes, discounts apply based on the number of conducted sessions. The 4-session bundle discount applies for 4 or more conducted sessions, while the 8-session bundle discount applies for 8 or more conducted sessions.
